For their condo remodel our client wanted an apartment whose separate spaces would create worlds of their own. The solution meant managing and coordinating a complex team of designers, consultants, and subcontractors to gut the entire space, the installation of all new drywall, cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, and appliances. We also integrated a new split mechanical system into the existing unit.
