A Victorian Phoenix

We brought together the visions of two separate flat owners to rebuild this fire-destroyed, two-unit Victorian. Along with comprehensive fire and mold remediation, its complete revival meant shoring existing walls and floors to remove the existing structure and integrate new structural elements. It also meant creatively constructing a seismically-upgraded foundation system to preserve neighboring structures. Modernized interiors, custom walnut-veneer cabinetry and panoramic views put the bow on it.
